Introduction

My approach to therapy is eclectic. It is important to your process that we create your treatment goals together. I come from a feminist, full body (somatic), and LGBTQ+ affirmative approach. We will focus on exploring all the intersections of your identity, while discovering what’s working for you or against you. Together we will bolster what works while minimizing what does not.
