Introduction

My first priority is to create a safe and affirming environment that will foster personal growth and allow clients to achieve their identified goals. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to empower them to step into their stories and live authentically. I am LGBTQ identified and have recovered from alcoholism/addiction, an eating disorder, and am a trauma survivor. I specialize in the treatment of addictions, eating disorders, LGBTQ issues, & trauma. I am a trained EMDR practitioner and have extensive experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and 12 step modalities as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
