Introduction

My work is centered around helping others mend the relationships they have with themselves and the outside world so that they may lead fuller lives. I believe that healing and change are synonymous and constant. They are created from the interactions between a person and their social worlds. We are complex beings that deserve to find a healing practice that honors our entire selves, both seen and unseen. I treat the whole person rather than just addressing isolated symptoms. I function from a social justice lens that places an emphasis on looking at the contextual factors impacting your wellness. While it may not be the focus of every session, I actively work to consider the interconnectedness of your social, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual worlds. I am here to meet you where you’re at and help co-create an environment that is conducive to your needs for growth while honoring the context of your life. I push with you, never against you.
