Welcome! I am currently accepting new clients for individual, goal-oriented psychotherapy. My goals as a psychologist are to identify, explore and listen to the many perspectives and conflicts you hold internally. We will partner with your inner world to increase unity and peace, tap into your strengths, and thereby expand who you are. Informed by cutting edge psychological techniques, together we can heal and unburden you, freeing you to live a value-based and balanced life. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with generalist training, the bulk of which I completed at the Detroit Veteran’s Hospital. My interventions are informed by Acceptance and commitment therapy and Internal Family Systems therapy. I am persistent and dedicated when it comes to reaching my clients goals.
