I had to fight everything in me to not put an exclamation mark after my name. Ironically, what I want most for you is to stop fighting everything within yourself. If you’re interested in the sound of that, please, read on! Dominant culture trains us to doubt our felt experience in our bodies, minds, and spirits. I want you to recover your sense of knowing.* I want you to have an embodied sense of intuition and self-belief so that you can flourish. I believe anxiety, depression, trauma, and systems of oppression all interfere with your personal ability to thrive. I want you to be empowered with tools of liberation, so you can be free to listen to your inner wisdom. Some of the tools I use are metaphor, story-telling, spirituality, and cognitive restructuring, in a safe space we create together. *Knowing: A sense of conviction originating from within you, often in contradiction to learned messages
