Are you feeling that you’re not able to truly be yourself around your family, friends or your partner? Does it feel like there is not enough space for your wants and needs when you’re with others? Or maybe you’re wondering, who am I outside of work or my relationships? If so, you’ve already taken a major step in looking for a therapist to support you to find the answers. I specialize in working with feelings of low self-confidence and low self-esteem, dysfunctional family dynamics, codependency, and creating and maintaining boundaries. All these areas deeply effect feelings of fulfillment in our lives, and together you and I will explore what patterns are serving you and what patterns are not. Each person is unique and because of that, I really take the time to get to know all of you, and not just the part of you that is struggling. I utilize a psychodynamic and relational approach so that our relationship is really at the crux of our work together, while we also explore your past that has led to who you are today. I utilize a strength-based lens to help reflect your own skills and build towards self-compassion and self-love. All of this combined helps create a unique space for you to explore your own goals and desires. I believe that a therapist-client relationship where you feel seen and heard is the foundation of therapy. I create a safe space for you to be open and vulnerable in ways you might not be able to in other relationships in your life. Together, I hope to assist you in your journey of discovering who you are and how to live your most authentic life. If any of this has resonated with you, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
