Somatic Psychotherapist Somatic Love and Healing, LLC.
Available in December
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Attachment Issues, Dissociation,

Introduction

Rachel is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Counselor Supervisor, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She has completed post advanced trainings for early developmental and attachment trauma (TST, SRR), completed training as an EMDR therapist, and most recently, Eye of the Needle with Dr. Levine. She feels very deeply in her soul we are not meant to live through traumatic experiences without empathy and connection, and when we are held empathetically and wholly – we begin to find access to our true healing potential. Trauma healing can be tender, full of big emotions, and occasionally intense. Equally important however, is developing our capacity for ease, laughter, joy, and connection while we move through what feels stuck to find our very human selves underneath.
