I use a client centered approach to create an evidence based treatment plan that meets your individual needs so you know you are seen and heard. As a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in mental health and a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I specialize in helping individuals that are dealing with infertility, miscarriage, abortion decision, and postpartum mood disorders. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
