I bring a unique perspective and a deep passion for helping people process, cope with, and recover from trauma and attachment disorders. I use evidence-based practices in individual, group, and family sessions, with a trauma-informed approach that includes client-centered CBT, TF-CBT, MI, DBT, and mindfulness. My specialties include trauma, PTSD, bereavement, parental issues, anxiety, and depression. I provide empathic and holistic care, believing that an empowering and collaborative process is essential for healing and change. My goal is to help clients improve their quality of life by working with them to gain new insights, heal old wounds and patterns, and discover their hidden resources and strengths. I offer a space that is LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, neurodivergent and disability conscious, and respectful of each person's cultural background and individual relationship to it.
