My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy while also holding space for the interpersonal relationship and trust that I believe is essential for meaningful therapeutic work. With warmth and curiosity, I partner with my clients to explore their thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and relationships. Together we will consider patterns, notice opportunities for reflection and seek to make meaningful change. In my practice, I feel humbled and inspired when witnessing clients identify and challenge the stories and beliefs that have limited their ability to live in accordance with their values.
