I help parents and caregivers who are raising neurodiverse children to improve family interactions and better manage their child's challenging behaviors. My goal is to validate, support, and teach sustainable skills to help manage the many challenges that life throws your way. I have over 20 years of experience working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Downs Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. During my time in this field, I have observed the need for more robust supports for the parents, caregivers, and siblings of children with disabilities. After 10 years in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field, I decided to get my degree in Couple and Family Therapy to address the unmet needs of this important population. I have spent the last five years working in community mental health, serving children with dual diagnoses (developmental disabilities + trauma), and now hope to apply my unique skill-set to help you best navigate your parenting journey.
