Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals that struggle with a variety of situations, including but not limited to, relationship anxiety, generalized anxiety, interpersonal issues, communication issues, self esteem, and body image issues. My main modalities of treatment include CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I put a large emphasis on building trust and compassion when beginning the therapeutic relationship. Additionally I have experience working with depression, insecure attachment styles, addiction, and trauma related concerns. I invite feedback along the way and take a collaborative approach when working together. I do not contract directly with insurance companies. However, many insurance plans allow you to choose an out-of-network provider, and I encourage you to contact yours to learn more about your benefits. I am happy to provide a monthly receipt for service (superbill) that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement, as well as for Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s).
