Sometimes people choose private pay as they do not wish to have a diagnosis follow them or they desire greater flexibility. Self-pay can provide more freedom in choosing healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, or determining the frequency and duration of sessions. For those who prefer to use insurance, we accept LYRA Health or we provide a superbill for clients who have Out-of-Network benefits. A superbill is a statement you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider, as they are sometimes able to cover up to 80% of the cost of the session.
