Introduction

Welcome! I received my Ph.D. in School Psychology in 2015 and over the course of the last decade, I have provided school-, clinic-, and private practice-based mental health services to youth, young adults, and families across urban, rural, and virtual settings. I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults with anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma histories using evidence-based treatments and techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral skills training, and mindfulness skills. My treatment philosophy revolves around the core idea that if you can change your thoughts and behaviors, you can change your life for the better. I would love to get to know you more to see how I may be able to assist you!
