Introduction

Hi, I'm Rachel, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Missouri, and a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. I’m an EMDR certified therapist (learn about EMDR here), though I utilize several therapeutic methods, including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and polyvagal theories (see my training and experience here). My work is also informed by neurophysiology, relational-attachment science, and mindfulness. My therapeutic style is compassionate and holistic, treating mind, body, and soul. I believe trauma and cultural sensitivity are imperative in therapy, as every individual has their own lived experience, identities, and worldview. My hope for every client is that they experience a relationship based on safety, non-judgment, and understanding.
