There is often a stretch of time—days, weeks, months, and sometimes years of wrestling with an inner discord that commonly precedes the decision to find a counselor. It is my honor to create a safe space to hold your stories, giving you room to exhale, be vulnerable, and discover parts of yourself that may be hidden from your awareness. Together we can unravel the messiness of life’s troubles and work to restore your hope and peace in mind, body, and spirit. So much of who you are and what you believe about yourself has been shaped through your closest relationships. My approach to therapy includes taking a deeper look into your internal belief systems and exploring thoughts about yourself that may be untrue. It is my goal to help you grow in self-compassion and find a way back to the truest version of yourself.
