Introduction

Let's get a new understanding of what's going on and figure out what's next. I specialize in: teens/20s (12-25), guardians/foster parents, LGBTQ people, adult men, couples, diagnosis, and clinical supervision. My clients have described me as "there for me the whole time" and "good memory, really useful sessions." In sessions, we will blend supportive conversation with creative, practical strategies to make the changes you're looking for. I integrate approaches based on research evidence, years of clinical experience, and helpful feedback from my clients, who have been a diverse array of teens, young adults, kids, and adult men. Teens and 20s - Whether because of abuse, neglect, a chaotic or unsupportive household, trouble at school, or other ways you feel you didn't get to grow up at your own pace, we get to work together to figure out what's next. Adult men - If you're ready to incorporate practical, effective emotional skills into your repertoire, or need a confidential space to discuss what's been troubling you, this will be a straightforward, welcoming environment for you. Parents and new guardianship situations - I help teens, kids, and parents understand each other better, prevent mental health conditions from developing or worsening, and have more fun at home. Supervision - I have in-depth knowledge of clinical practice and diagnosis. I love exploring the work you're doing and your identity as a therapist.
