Introduction

Intuitive Body Counseling and Healing (IBCH) is a counseling and healing arts practice based in Washington, DC, founded by Rachel Klebanov (she/her), a biracial Japanese-American Ashkenazi Jewish counselor. At IBCH, Rachel works collaboratively with individuals to create inner clarity and ease in their day-to-day lives. Rachel’s interests as a practitioner are the following: multiracial and multicultural identity, healing practices and models of care, pleasure in all its forms, and intuition. She has completed extensive training in sex therapy, emotion regulation, post-traumatic stress, and energy work. Rachel is a Level 2 Trained Internal Family Systems therapist. She is licensed to practice independently in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and serves as a Lotus Therapy Fund Provider for the Asian Mental Health Collective.
