Introduction

I am an independently licensed clinical counselor and have been providing counseling in the community mental health setting for three years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have received training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. Though I have supported clients as they heal from trauma of all kinds, I am particularly passionate about walking alongside folks who are healing from religious trauma/ spiritual abuse.
