Introduction

Everyone goes through challenging times; however, reaching out for support can be life changing. At Silver Line Psychology, we believe that therapy begins with a safe and trusting environment where your needs are collaboratively addressed. As your clinicians, we will empathically encourage your work towards healing and growing mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. With acceptance and compassion, we can help you find more awareness and balance so you can trust yourself to handle life’s challenges with more confidence and ease. I am a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist who specializes in treating adults with depressive and anxiety disorders. I also have extensive training, education and experience treating psychotic disorders, complex trauma, self-esteem issues, and relational concerns. In addition, I provide psychological assessment and testing for forensic cases related to psychosis and risk assessment. I am also Foundationally Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I aim to create a caring and supportive environment where you will feel safe to express what is on your mind and in your heart. I look forward to connecting with you and being your guide on your journey towards gaining a deeper awareness of yourself and your sense of well-being. www.silverlinepsych.com
