Rachel became interested in being a therapist after their own experience in therapy. Rachel has either been in therapy or studying mental health for over 15 years. Their work focuses on treating trauma in marginalized groups, especially those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. This evolved out of Rachel's own work to accept their marginalized identity. Rachel is especially interested in working with trauma to the body through techniques like Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Logotherapy, and Internal Family Systems. Rachel is playful, direct, and enjoys a challenge.
