Rachel specializes in autism and childhood mental health including developmental trauma as well as behavioral problems and mood disorders. She assists children and families to improve family functioning and promote social and academic success. Rachel also enjoys supporting young people in their transition to adulthood. She works with clients aged 7-24 and individuals with autism across the lifespan. Rachel utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies.
