I work with individuals 18+ throughout the lifespan. Therapy is a creative and healing process that can provide you with the opportunity to unlock new possibilities in yourself and in your life. Together, we will work through the challenges you are facing and find a new path forward that fulfills you, and is true to your values and goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of professional experience. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Religious Studies and graduating Cum Laude. I received my Master in Social Work degree at NYU. I have a certificate in Relational Psychotherapy, and utilize mindfulness-based tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In addition, I have trained in IFS level 1 and the beginning and intermediate levels of Somatic Experiencing, innovative therapeutic tools that I incorporate into my work. IFS is the basis for the Inside Out films, and Somatic Experiencing is a body-based modality. For the past eight years, I have been a staff therapist at Columbia University Counseling and Psychological Services. I have extensive experience offering psychotherapy to adults of all ages, leading groups focused on creating connections and managing anxiety, and presenting virtual and in-person workshops to large audiences in professional and educational contexts. Everyone goes through difficult times in their lives and it takes courage to reach out for support. It is a privilege to do this work and I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey. At this time, my practice is currently virtual and I am an out-of-network provider for any individual residing in the state of New York.
