Introduction

Are you or a loved one struggling with anxiety? My goal is to create a safe space for clients and their families to feel valued, heard, learn new skills, and come together to build on each other's strengths. I provide clinical services to Autistic and other neurodivergent children, adolescents, & young adults. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, improve self-esteem, build self-advocacy skills, and develop positive relationships with others. If this resonates with you, I would love to help! I embrace differences and support clients to be who they are, while also helping to identify strategies and personal strengths, so that clients can work on achieving goals, learn new skills, and build meaningful connections. I recognize and respect that everyone is on their own journey in life and that there are many different paths that can be taken. I believe that clients deserve to have more spaces to be themselves, meet like minded individuals, and develop skills to thrive within their communities. My approach to therapy is client-driven, interactive, collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental. Please visit my website for more information and fill out a pre-screening form for interested clients.
