My name is Rachel Wolff (she/her) and I provide both in-person sessions in Chestnut Hill and virtual sessions throughout Pennsylvania. I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and adults, and enjoy working with those who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, school/work stress, life transitions, post-traumatic stress, and grief and loss. I understand how difficult it can be managing these symptoms in addition to the challenges of being an adolescent or young adult in today’s world, and it is my hope that my clients leave our sessions with a better sense of being able to manage these symptoms. My credentials include a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and I earned my masters from the University of Pennsylvania. I also have a Home and School Visitor Certification and completed several intensive trainings in DBT, EFT, and IFS among others, many of which I draw from in my practice. Above all else, my approach emphasizes therapeutic connection as I have seen this be the biggest conduit for change in treatment for my clients. If you have any questions or would like to work together, feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
