Introduction

I’m Rachel, a child and adolescent therapist in St. Louis, Missouri. I help kids and teens heal from past trauma, conquer everyday worries, and envision bright futures. I work with children, teenage girls, and gender-expansive and queer youth who have quieted themselves to make others feel comfortable. They come to therapy with big worries and along the way become equipped with coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence in who they are. It really does take a village to raise a child. I would be honored to be a part of your village.
