Rachelle Stroh, MSW, LCSW, is an EMDR Certified therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work with a focus on adult mental health from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2017 and has been dedicated to the fields of social work and mental health since 2014. Rachelle specializes in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-criticism and low self-esteem, complex family dynamics and attachment wounds. Her holistic therapeutic approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Rachelle integrates a variety of techniques, often drawing from attachment theory and parts work, to create an environment of warmth, authenticity, and compassion. She strives to offer a space where you can feel safe, connected and supported, encouraging you to explore your journey with curiosity and confidence. In her free time, Rachelle enjoys reading and spending quality time with her dog and family.
