Introduction

My name is Rae K. Sirott, a licensed clinical social worker with Revere Counseling and Care Management. I also am a licensed music therapist specializing in the use of the creative arts as a pathway to healthy aging and better stress management. I also strongly believe that the creative arts can enhance caregiving relationships as experiences are shared together. I believe that one of the most important gifts we have to share as human beings is listening with an open heart to another’s journey. Active listening and being present in the moment can open a dialogue towards healing. Supporting acts of kindness and the practice of gratitude also help to connect us in the often polarized world in which we live.
