Hi! I am a queer, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, intersectional feminist and non-conforming holistic mental health practioner. I work with adults, couples, and on occasion adolescents. I primarily serve those struggling with a substance use disorder, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and people who have experienced complex trauma. Attachment, interpersonal issues, and identity, are areas I often explore with clients. My goal with those I work with is to help them reclaim their power in the midst of adversity, know their worth, and understand and accept their multifaceted selves.
