Introduction

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have dedicated my career to serving mental health patients and underserved populations in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I am passionate about assisting individuals facing diverse challenges and those who have experienced trauma. My approach involves collaborating closely with patients, actively listening to their concerns, and guiding them through a healing journey that prioritizes their personal goals. I strive to create a respectful, kind, and nonjudgmental atmosphere that fosters autonomy and empowerment. My approach to care is holistic, treating the patient as a complete individual. I aim to concentrate on the various challenges that patients face daily, which may hinder their daily activities and work performance. These challenges can encompass generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, ADH, and mood disorders. Effective treatment relies heavily on the creation of individualized care plans that involve the patient's active participation in their healing process. By thoroughly understanding the patient's grievances and pinpointing their specific needs, healthcare professionals can aid in achieving a healthier. I have over 2 years of experience helping people with mental health disorder and this is a passion not just a job.
