Rani Springman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with adults, children, and adolescents. Ms. Springman received her Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University. Her experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, homelessness, relationships, stress management, crisis interventions, and substance abuse. Ms. Springman has worked in various types of settings including community-based services, crisis response teams, and outpatient settings. Using solution-focused approaches, Ms. Springman will work with you to develop unique individualized strategies to meet your needs and guide you on your journey to an ideal self. Ms. Springman also has a passion for working with animals, humor, and crocheting, so please feel free to bring those to your sessions from time to time.
