Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. I specialize in working with clients with trauma, depression, navigating life changes, and anxiety with teens and adults. With my experience as a Clinical Supervisor, I also specialize in being a therapist for therapists and can provide Clinical Supervision or Consultation. I integrate different approaches to bring a holistic, depth perspective to the therapeutic process. I draw from modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Jungian psychoanalysis; tailoring your therapeutic process in collaboration with you. I see therapy as a sacred journey of self discovery and growth. I'm so honored to lead you through this process of healing and becoming your best self. A mini practice for you today: Take a deep breath, find something you feel grateful in this moment, bask in the feelings that come to you when thinking about what you're grateful for. Now congratulate yourself for taking the first step in your healing journey. It takes courage and commitment to begin looking for a therapist. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or to schedule a free consult call. Have a beautiful day!
