Hello! I am Rashalyn Wiggins, a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (#92943), supervised by Jamie Williams, LPC-Supervisor. I strive to create an environment where clients can learn and recognize their strengths and feel empowered to handle the challenges they are currently facing. Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing and improving your mental health. My career began as an educator, transitioned to school counselor, and now an associate therapist. This experience has allowed me to understand children and teens most pressing issues with their peers, families, and school life. I am passionate about helping those who struggle with a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, personal growth, anger management, social skills, conflict resolution, behavior modification, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional disturbance in children, adolescents, and adults. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two kids, and dog. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel heard and recognized, an environment where you feel comfortable exploring yourself and learning new ways to face life’s challenges. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
