I have 10-years of experience working with children, parents, and families. As a therapist, I view people and therapy through a person-centered lens. This means that I believe every person has all the knowledge and resources available within themselves to solve their own problems and become who they want to be. It’s my role, as a therapist, to help them sort through it all and figure it out. I teach my clients how to understand themselves, utilize their strengths and resources, develop useful skills to manage their lives, and feel better. I help people develop self-esteem, coping skills, social skills, and emotional resilience. I also support parents in the difficult task of parenting and maintaining a healthy relationship with their child in today’s complicated world.
