My journey in behavioral health began with a deep desire to support individuals navigating complex life circumstances. Early on, I worked with adjudicated youth, helping them overcome barriers and develop resilience. This experience ignited my passion for mental health, leading me to provide therapy for children in foster care. As I advanced my career, I took on the role of Director of a Community Behavioral Health Program, where I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges from trauma to mental health disorders. This leadership role reinforced my belief that mental wellness is a lifelong journey. Through personalized, trauma-informed services, I focus on creating safe and supportive environments for my clients, fostering growth, resilience, and healing.
