Ray Williams, LMFT, Christian counselor. Working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and parenting. I've been married for 28 years, with 4 kids (3 adult kids), so I understand the difficulties of marriage and family. It gives me more compassion for those who are going through difficulty as well as a practical mindset. I tend to be direct and seek the shortest path to effective long term solutions. I've also struggled with depression and anxiety. Through the years, I've learned the importance of the small decisions in daily life, physical health, relationships and growing spiritually to help improve my mental, emotional, and relational health. As a Christian counselor, I can bring the Christian world view or Biblical perspective into therapy as clients prefer.
