Introduction

I work with children, teens and adults who are experiencing difficult life circumstances. You may be coping with overwhelming grief, adjusting to chronic illness, have stress related physical complaints, or are experiencing anxiety and depression. Therapy helps to relieve symptoms and identify new coping skills. It has been a privilege and honor to companion people through difficult times and I look forward to walking with you on your new journey.
