Introduction

Do you feel uncomfortable? Stuck? Worried? Depressed? Not trusting yourself or your emotions, particularly in relationships? Ever notice there are some relationships and situations where you can breeze through struggles and in other areas you find yourself getting stuck? I'd love to help you make sense of these experiences and better tolerate those uncomfortable situations so you become more flexible in your responses. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and will bring my expertise in therapy to collaboratively find the relief and the balance that you seek. The goal of the therapy process is to help clients be more open to their experience, more able to engage with strong emotion, and better able to create a coherent and meaningful narrative about themselves & their key relationships. This might involve some hard work, but you won’t be doing it alone. If you’re looking for a place to start, worried about being judged or just not sure about therapy in general, please reach out! I am happy to meet you for a free consultation and make sure you find the right fit. Ready to schedule a session? Click on the website link above or shoot me an email and let's get started! L.
