Introduction

I came into this field later in life, going through therapy myself for trauma. I was so grateful for my healing journey and have a passion for supporting others in leading a full and rewarding life. I have trained extensively in trauma therapy and am certified in the Gottman Method. The main modality I use is EMDR and will often use EMDR and IFS side by side, to give client space between them and their trauma. I have a passion for this work and how effective it is in helping people move from surviving to thriving!
