Introduction

I provide a person-centered approach that takes each individual's preferences, personality, and passions into account. Therapy is a place to explore your identity while also addressing concerns impacting your quality of life. I will provide a non-judgmental space for you to process the past, meet problems as they arise in the present, and prepare for the future. My approach is tailored to the individual, empathetic, and strengths-based. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field across many different contexts. I have provided counseling to individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. I am dedicated to creating a safe space to explore sexuality, culture, race, and spirituality in a creative and compassionate manner. Throughout my practice, I have treated many presenting issues including trauma, mood disorders, addiction (behavioral and substance use), and stress related concerns.
