Introduction

Rebecca (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 17 years experience in the behavioral health field. She works with adults and is committed to helping people make shifts in dealing with anxiety, stress and trauma. Her approach is collaborative, straight forward and includes a wellness philosophy considering your inherent resilience, functionality and optimum state of wellness. Rebecca's main approach is with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is trained in CBT-I for the treatment of insomnia related sleep disorders. Additionally, she is trained and experienced with three evidenced based modalities of trauma treatment including EMDR, prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). This gives clients options to begin their healing process.
