I believe in every person's innate worth and ability to heal. The many challenges we face in life can leave us wounded emotionally, psychologically and physically, and healing those wounds requires flexibility, patience and kindness. Every person who enters a therapist's meeting space deserves to be treated as a unique individual worthy of close attention and respect. I am ready to join you in doing the work that change and growth require, even when that work seems overwhelming. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing relational issues, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma including physical, sexual, or emotional abuse and neglect, grief, pregnancy and postpartum difficulties, developmental disability, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD, chronic illness including HIV, and substance use disorders. I enjoy working with individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities, and of all ethnic, racial and religious identities.
