Introduction

Hi I am Rebecca. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. I believe that everyone needs a safe place to talk through events and challenges in life. Using a
strengths-based approach, I collaborate with my clients to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve
those goals. I have experience working with clients of all ages, focusing on pre-teen through midlife, including couples. My integrated approach utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I take a strengths-based, compassionate, and client-centered approach in session. When I work with couples, I utilize Gottman and Emotionally Focused tools and techniques. My past experience includes working as a full-time as a substitute teacher for 8 years and have significant
experience working with students in all grades. I enjoy partnering with my clients to help them live a meaningful life based upon their values and goals. When I am not in session, I love playing board games with my family, traveling to visit my adult children, reading and discussing books, and having lunch with friends.
