Hello! I’m glad you have landed here. More than likely, you are struggling, and know it is time to reach out for help. I am hopeful that I can make a difference! My practice is focused on helping people who are managing anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions. I also work with individuals who are navigating chronic or major illness, or who are grieving a loss. I use a variety of tools and approaches in my therapeutic work, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MSBR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), expressive art therapy, and motivational interviewing. There are so many approaches to therapy- we can work together to find what feels most comfortable for you. My main focus is to help you develop compassionate self-awareness.
