As a Clinical Counselor, I believe individuals are always capable of change. I work hard to provide a space that allows clients to explore their beliefs and circumstances. I work collaboratively with each client towards positive change and self-improvement. Goals take time to achieve due to the complex nature of human behavior, so I ask you to have patience with the therapeutic process. My work is rooted in evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches and mind-body practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness CBT. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, I believe how we fuel our bodies, sleep, and handle stress affects not only our physical health but also our mental health. Therefore, I like to incorporate holistic ways to destress, sleep better and fuel our bodies to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
