I encourage individuals to determine if I am their "best fit" for a therapist. If I'm not, I will help you find a provider more aligned to your needs to be your treatment provider. Meaning, I will help refer, or connect you with a therapist that can benefit you the most, because it's not about my skills "being the best". It's about what is "best" for YOU, and what YOU WANT.
