Introduction

I believe in the influence and effects of systems. How each piece interacts with others, influencing outcomes. Within the Marriage and Family Therapy practices, the system is key to understand the degree and severity of your concerns and struggles. I engage in honest, upfront conversations regarding your concerns, and areas you want to change. My extensive mental health training history allows me to utilize many different therapy interventions tailored to you, and your needs. I encourage individuals to determine if I am their "best fit" for a therapist. If I'm not, I will help you find a provider more aligned to your needs to be your treatment provider. As a therapist, it is my responsibility to provide you with the best care tailored to your recovery. Meaning, I will help refer, or connect you with a therapist that can benefit you the most, because it's not about my skills "being the best". It's about what is "best" for YOU, and what YOU WANT. I'm here to help you get that.
