Holistically Whole is a therapy practice geared to provide integrative ways of getting in touch with yourself, healing, processing the past, gaining clarity, insight and focusing on goals in the present. Using a holistic model which combines verbal psychotherapy and creative expression, my focus is finding ways of relating to each client as an individual, tailoring sessions for your specifics needs, taking into account all aspects of the client, in a collaborative process. Movement and body based work has been a big part of my own personal healing process, and being able to provide a space for clients to explore and share the creative arts with, is the mission of my practice.
