Introduction

Hello! I’m glad you have landed here. More than likely, you are struggling, and know it is time to reach out for help. I am hopeful that I can make a difference! My practice is focused on helping people who are managing anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions. I also work with individuals who are navigating chronic or major illness, or who are grieving a loss. I use a variety of tools and approaches in my therapeutic work, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MSBR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), expressive art therapy, and motivational interviewing. There are so many approaches to therapy- we can work together to find what feels most comfortable for you. My main focus is to help you develop compassionate self-awareness. The best and most sustainable growth happens when we can be loving towards ourselves. If you feel like you are walking this road alone, and trying so hard to keep it all together- you don’t have to. Lets figure out a path together.
