As a clinician, I strive to meet each person where they are in their healing journey and to help them identify the unique and personal set of situations and challenges that may be preventing them from living their happiest life. I believe strongly in honoring each person's unique story, and in helping them to make the essential, and often times difficult connections between past experiences and present struggles. It is in this process of exploration, learning, and growth that we can heal the past, learn to better cope with the present, and feel prepared to step into life stronger, happier and more self-aware. With 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I draw from several different therapeutic approaches, with a strong focus in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
