I recognize how hard it can be to seek change and ask for help; I love supporting clients in this work. I am passionate about people and our diverse experiences. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of concerns including anxiety and depression, sexual identity, stress management, life transitions, chronic illness, career, grief, and relationship dynamics. I admire the resilient human spirit in each of us & hope to build from that as we get to know your present & past challenges. I have worked in public school settings across LA and Orange Counties with elementary schools, middle schools, and high school students. In this school work, I have supported students and families healing from trauma, mental health crises, grief, academic challenges, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have provided college-level mental health counseling at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), the University of Southern California (USC), and Glendale Community College serving a diverse populations of adults of all ages.
